Oscar R Sanchez was born in Havana Cuba on September 23rd 1984.He started his career as a bell boy, a bag boy and ultimately becoming the Business Manager for all region 3 schools in Miami Dade County Public Schools. He bought his first apartment building in 2004 making him one of the youngest real estate investors at that time. He is now the CEO and President at Sanchez Enterprise Investments Corporation. He credits his success in writing down his daily goals in his personal journal. The journal he is now offering everyone, is a replica of the journal he used as a young adult.
